Anna Sever

Anna has end-to-end responsibility over our portfolio of Eligibility and Enrollment and Government Healthcare Solutions helping government agencies across the U.S. transform their operations, better serve constituents, and create more satisfying outcomes for people and communities served.  Across our eligibility and enrollment and federal and state services, Anna drives operational efficiencies, helping our clients deliver best-in-class end user experiences that meet government missions while lowering costs. In addition, she leads our portfolio of solutions for state-administered Medicaid programs to reduce costs, streamline operations, increase program participation, and improve compliance.

Anna brings strong leadership and more than three decades of extensive experience in federal and state government contracting. Prior to Conduent, she served as President and CEO of Magellan Federal, reinvigorating its growth engine and successfully implementing effective and efficient business processes. Anna also led business development for Maximus’ Federal Health offering and was instrumental in many of its federal programs, particularly with Veterans Affairs. During her career she has also run operations within the private sector in the areas of Medicaid, Medicare, mental health, and developmental disabilities.

Anna received her bachelor’s degree from Davidson College, her master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina and her certification in gerontology from the University of South Carolina.
