The Intersection of eDiscovery and Data Security Incidents

The Intersection of eDiscovery and Data Security Incidents

The Coronavirus pandemic is moving more organizations to remote working models. This enhances the potential trajectory for data security incidents and other information exfiltration to increase dramatically. The number of data security incidents in 2020 was more than double that of 2019. U.S. companies on average pay $8.64 million per breach due to the complicated regulatory picture that changes across states, especially when it comes to breach notification.

On this Webinar we will discuss:

  1. The Intersection of eDiscovery and data security incidents,
  2. Best practices for identifying the size and scope of a data security incident, and
  3. Best Strategies for sifting through and narrowing down the compromised personal data.

At the end of the webinar, our subject matter experts will share tips and lessons learned that you can begin to implement in your practice.
