His approach to providing white glove relationship management no matter the size and scope of the project has led him and the teams that he works with to be highly successful in helping clients drive towards cost and process efficiency. Over his litigation services career he has worked in various capacities on some of the largest cases in US history. Sean brings lessons learned not only from his time in eDiscovery, but also from his technology startup and customer service background prior to entering the industry as a Project Manager. He has led project management, vendor management, managed services, managed review, and SaaS delivery teams in the litigation services world prior to his current stint of providing business and strategy guidance the Senior Director of Delivery for LCS’ eDiscovery services.

Stephen is an experienced leader in addressing the practical needs of the lifecycle of the discovery process and implementing teams and solutions to address those efforts. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has been instrumental in developing and maintaining two litigation support departments at other firms and currently is the Director of the Electronic Discovery and Litigation Support department at Sullivan & Cromwell. He works closely with the Firm and its clients to provide cost-effective solutions with appropriate controls to mitigate risk, enhance security/compliance, and promote continuous improvement.
