We’re doing everything in our power to keep associates safe while following recommended government guidelines at our essential facilities. At this time, we’re operating with 75% of our associates working from home — an increase of more than 50% since mid-March. We’ve leveraged multiple technology solutions with secure connectivity to minimize business disruptions, increased sanitation and implemented rigorous protocols for contact tracing. These efforts, combined with a COVID-19 short term disability offering and other flexible leave policies, are helping to bring safety and peace of mind to our global workforce.
