Mark McGinn
Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, Mark has responsibility for Conduent’s global real estate and procurement functions with a focus on driving efficiencies, implementing best practices and processes, and managing cost. He also leads Corporate Strategy and the Enterprise Program Management Office ensuring the alignment of Conduent’s business strategy and objectives across the company’s projects, programs, and delivery of major transformation efforts. Mark has purview over the management of our geographic regions, ensuring that each location within our four major geographies contributes to our growth while maximizing efficiency and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Mark has three decades of in-depth global experience in the travel and tourism, marketing and advertising, and banking and finance industries that enables standardization and transparency across lines of business to achieve transformational success. His areas of expertise include process improvement and management, strategic planning and transformation, forecasting, training and mentoring, change management, policies and procedures, and cost and budget analysis.
Prior to Conduent, Mark served as VP of Project Management and Governance at Hertz, where he led key company initiatives, including integration, divestitures, outsourcing, and end-to-end system replacements, as well as directed project management routines for all IT projects. He also served as a senior consultant for Fiserv, creating a centralized Integration Management Office for a recent company merger composed of senior leaders from both companies. In addition, he has held senior leadership positions with YP (The Real Yellow Pages), Ally Financial, and Bank of America.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wake Forest and an MBA from Brenau University.
