Story 1: U.S.

Cecilia M. always puts the customer first. Whether it’s lending her expertise to other managers, reaching out to help individuals at other sites, training individuals on new tasks, assisting in testing new client requirements or communicating directly with our clients, she can always be counted on. Thank you, Cecilia for always going above and beyond. It is truly appreciated.

Story 2: EMEA

Andreea D. has been instrumental in supporting multiple countries for a major pharmaceutical client. From the very beginning, she played a key role in the global rollout of 120+ countries, providing exceptional guidance to her team, helping them consistently exceed customer service expectations.

Story 3: India

Known for identifying inefficiencies and driving cost savings, Mohan R. introduced solutions to consolidate over 800 unstructured reports into a single framework, providing key business insights. Among many things, Mohan also developed a tool for a client, generating $20K in additional revenue while reducing costs for invoice processing.
